【Shipping】
We offer Free Shipping for any orders over $40.
The freight will be $6.99 for any order less than $40 within US.
Your order will be pack&ship within 1-2 business days.
The transit and delivery time varies based on shipping address. In general, order will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
(The shipping time will be longer during holidays. Hope you understand.)
Once your package is in transit, please note that your order may be delayed due to inclement weather occurring along the shipment route, regardless of shipment method. We are not responsible for these delays.
Custom products are shipped directly from factory. The delivery time will be 15-20 working days. Please pay attention to the product description and shipping rules.
【Returns】
We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return the products purchased on biloban.com within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund.
The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Original shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable.
Custom orders are not returnable and not refundable. However if there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or an immediate full refund.
We do not accept returns for items not purchased on biloban.com. If you purchased a Biloban product from anywhere other than biloban.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.
Please contact us first for the return address if you decide to return the products. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and refunds issued to your original method of payment.
After 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect.
【Exchanges】
To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.
